just thought I would type you a quick letter to tell you about Farnham Chartwell. Firstly just to say a big up to Dayle, her skills as a manager and teacher are really something to be mentioned. I have never, in the 13 years ive been riding been at such a well run and FRIENDLY yard! What ever I ask of Dayle whether its to get my horse tacked up for me (even if shes at a show) or to arrange for my saddle to be fitted, is always done promptly and you never have to ask anything of her twice, she is always willing to help, no matter the problem or the amount of things she is doing at the time! And she always does everything with a smile and a sense of humour!!! :) As for the yard in general, I couldnt be happier. Everybody who works there is always polite and helpful including the grooms and the other instructors who have made me feel very welcome. And it must be said that Meryl has a terrific sense of humour, she can make a hair raising riding moment seem very light-hearted!! The yard itself is always spotless and well maintained (and thats not only when clients are watching) the horses are always in perfect condition, very well turned out on a daily basis with every attention to detail taken care of.The stables are always sparkling and the bedding is deep and clean without fail. If a horse does get a small injury of sorts it is attended to right away! I guess what im trying to say if it could be summed up in one word is BRILLIANT, BRILLIANT, BRILLIANT! As you know I worked at a yard for two years and perhaps understand a bit more than the average client how hard it is to maintain things to such a degree of excellence and still appear unflustered!
